A Happy and Healthy Workforce
Provides Companies with Long-Term Gains

According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a significant proportion of women between the ages of 40 and 60 encounter symptoms associated with the menopausal transition.

Workplace support during this phase can yield substantial benefits, yet only 25% of organisations have implemented a dedicated menopause policy or other related support mechanisms. The lack of support has resulted in the departure of approximately one in six employees.

Employers can proactively assist their entire workforce in navigating this crucial life stage, as menopause has affects everyone. Each woman undergoes menopause first hand and every man is likely to have someone in their life—whether a colleague, partner, or family member—experiencing this natural biological process.
